These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the RevoPix mobile application. By downloading, accessing, or using RevoPix, you agree to these Terms.

1. RevoPix Service

RevoPix provides AI-powered tools designed to create, transform, enhance, and restore photos, including:

• Creating AI-generated photos from images you select
• Applying creative portrait and photography styles
• Creating professional, social media, anime, couple, wedding, pet, and cinematic images
• Retouching and enhancing portraits
• Restoring old, faded, scratched, or damaged photos
• Creating profile, résumé, CV, and ID-style portraits
• Tracking generation tasks and viewing completed results
• Saving and sharing generated images
• Language settings
• Premium access to additional styles, prompt variants, and new categories where available

Features, styles, AI models, and availability may change, improve, or be removed in future versions.

2. Important AI and Photo Processing Notice

RevoPix uses third-party artificial intelligence services, including the Kie AI API, to process selected photos and generate requested results.

When you select a photo and start an AI generation task, the photo is uploaded to the third-party AI service for processing. Do not start a generation unless you have permission to use the selected photo and consent to this transfer and processing.

AI-generated results may vary and may contain errors, distortions, inaccurate details, unexpected changes, or content that does not fully match the selected photo or style. RevoPix does not guarantee that any result will be accurate, realistic, unique, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

RevoPix does not provide professional photography, identity verification, medical, cosmetic, employment, legal, or official-document services. AI-generated résumé, profile, passport, or ID-style photos may not satisfy official requirements. You are responsible for reviewing the applicable requirements before using any generated image for an official or professional purpose.
