ShotKeep (“ShotKeep,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is processed, stored, and shared when you use the ShotKeep mobile application.

1. Information We Process

Photos and Screenshot Access

ShotKeep requests access to your Photos library so it can display, organize, search, share, and manage screenshots available through Apple’s Photos permission system.

Depending on the Photos permission you grant, ShotKeep may process the following information on your device:

• Screenshots available to the application
• Screenshot thumbnails and image content
• Local Photos asset identifiers
• Screenshot creation dates and related Photos metadata
• Text recognized inside screenshots
• Search matches and automatically assigned Smart Collections

If you grant Limited Photos access, ShotKeep can process only the screenshots you select. If you grant Full Photos access, ShotKeep can access screenshots available in your Photos library.

ShotKeep does not upload your screenshots, thumbnails, or recognized screenshot text to a ShotKeep server.

ShotKeep does not use screenshot content for advertising, user profiling, facial recognition, identity verification, or training artificial intelligence models.

On-Device Text Recognition and Organization

ShotKeep uses Apple’s on-device Vision technology to recognize text inside screenshots.

The following processing occurs on your device:

• Screenshot text recognition
• Creation of a searchable text index
