1. Information We Process

Photos and Screenshot Access

ShotKeep requests access to your Photos library so it can display, organize, search, share, and manage screenshots available through Apple’s Photos permission system.

Depending on the Photos permission you grant, ShotKeep may process the following information on your device:

If you grant Limited Photos access, ShotKeep can process only the screenshots you select. If you grant Full Photos access, ShotKeep can access screenshots available in your Photos library.

ShotKeep does not upload your screenshots, thumbnails, or recognized screenshot text to a ShotKeep server.

ShotKeep does not use screenshot content for advertising, user profiling, facial recognition, identity verification, or training artificial intelligence models.

On-Device Text Recognition and Organization

ShotKeep uses Apple’s on-device Vision technology to recognize text inside screenshots.
