These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the SameTake mobile application. By downloading, accessing, or using SameTake, you agree to these Terms.

1. SameTake Service

SameTake provides camera tools designed to capture photos and videos using supported front and rear iPhone cameras simultaneously, including:

• Recording front and rear camera views at the same time
• Capturing dual-camera photos
• Recording video with microphone audio
• Using Picture in Picture, Action, Horizontal, Side by Side, SwitchScreen, Green Screen, and Motion Blur layouts
• Switching the main camera view before or during recording
• Using available timer, grid, torch, and zoom controls
• Saving a combined, share-ready video
• Saving separate front and rear recordings where available
• Viewing, saving, and sharing completed captures
• Accessing additional layouts and capture options through SameTake Pro

Features, layouts, subscription benefits, device compatibility, and availability may change, improve, or be removed in future versions.

2. Important Camera and Media Processing Notice

SameTake requires access to your device cameras to capture photos and videos. Microphone access is required when recording audio, and Photos access may be requested when you choose to save a capture to your photo library.

Camera frames, video composition, Green Screen person segmentation, and Motion Blur effects are processed on your device. SameTake does not upload your camera recordings to a SameTake server for processing.

Simultaneous front and rear camera capture requires compatible iPhone hardware. Certain cameras, lenses, resolutions, layouts, effects, or performance levels may not be available on every device.

Captured or processed results may vary depending on lighting, movement, framing, device performance, available storage, temperature, camera permissions, and hardware limitations. Green Screen separation, Motion Blur, and other processed layouts may contain visual artifacts, inaccurate edges, dropped details, or unexpected results.
