SameTake (“SameTake,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is processed, stored, and shared when you use the SameTake mobile application.

1. Information We Process

Camera, Microphone, and On-Device Processing

SameTake uses supported front and rear iPhone cameras to capture photos and videos simultaneously.

When you use SameTake, the following information may be processed on your device:

• Live front and rear camera frames
• Microphone audio included in video recordings
• Selected camera layout and capture settings
• Green Screen person segmentation
• Motion Blur and video composition data
• Completed photos, videos, thumbnails, and separate camera recordings

Camera frames, microphone audio, Green Screen processing, Motion Blur effects, and video composition are processed on your device. SameTake does not upload your camera recordings, photos, microphone audio, or processed media to a SameTake server.

SameTake does not use camera content for advertising, user profiling, facial recognition, identity verification, or training artificial intelligence models.

Captures and Local Gallery

SameTake stores completed captures locally on your device so they can appear in the in-app gallery. Locally stored information may include:

• Captured photos and videos
• Separate front and rear recordings, when enabled
• Preview thumbnails
• Capture type
