RevoPix (“RevoPix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected or processed when you use the RevoPix mobile application, why it is used, who receives it, how long it is retained, and how you can withdraw consent or request deletion.

This Privacy Policy applies to the RevoPix mobile application and related support communications. RevoPix is operated by the provider identified on the RevoPix App Store product page. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to [email protected].

1. Privacy Summary

• RevoPix does not require you to create an account.
• RevoPix accesses only photos you choose through Apple’s photo picker or capture through the in-app camera.
• A selected photo is not sent for AI processing until you expressly consent and start a generation.
• A selected photo may contain face data when a face is visible in it.
• Face data is used only to create, enhance, retouch, restore, or stylize the image result you request.
• RevoPix does not create faceprints, biometric templates, facial-geometry profiles, or face-recognition identifiers.
• RevoPix does not use face data to identify, authenticate, profile, or track anyone.
• RevoPix does not sell face data or use it for advertising.
• Selected photos and generation instructions are shared with Kie AI API and its model-processing subprocessors only to provide the requested AI result.
• You can delete local generation data, request early deletion of related cloud data, and withdraw AI data consent from within the app.

2. Information We Collect or Process

2.1 Selected Photos

RevoPix allows you to select photos from your device or capture a photo with the camera. We collect and process only the photos you deliberately choose or capture for a RevoPix feature.

RevoPix does not scan your photo library. Photos you do not select are not uploaded by RevoPix.

When you start an AI generation, RevoPix prepares the selected photo and sends it through an encrypted connection for AI processing. Depending on the selected feature, the photo may be resized or compressed before upload.
