BabyMotion is intended for use by adults, parents, and legal guardians. It is not intended to be operated independently by children.

1. Information We Collect and Process

BabyMotion does not require you to create an account. You are not required to provide your name, email address, phone number, precise location, payment card, or banking information to use the app’s core features.

We may process the following categories of information.

User Content

When you choose to create an AI-generated photo or video, BabyMotion processes:

• Photos you explicitly select from your device
• Visible facial information contained in those photos
• The selected style, category, or effect
• Generation requests and generation settings
• App-provided reference images or motion videos required for the selected effect
• Generated photos or videos
• Technical generation task identifiers
• Generation status and error information

Selected photos may depict babies or children. Only the photos you explicitly select are processed. BabyMotion does not automatically upload your photo library, and other photos on your device are not accessed or transmitted.

Subscription and Purchase Information

BabyMotion uses RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and purchase entitlements. Information processed for this purpose may include:
